All teaching staff at Sekolah Bogor Raya should be thinking about preparing a digital teaching portfolio, which covers basic career moves as well as addressing specific points that will be assessed as part of their performance review process.
A recent blog post on using Delicious tagging to produce an online portfolio caught my attention. Michele Martin in her blog, The Bamboo Project, discussed how to make a simple, easy-to-update portfolio using Delicious.
I tried it, and I’m still working on it, but you can see the latest product here. It’s dirt simple and automatically updates via delicious tags.

First I selected a tag name ‘dougstoltzportfolio’. Then I started searching the net for examples of my work. I found two compilations of my earlier published work, and the tag comment area is sufficient to add some personal details.

Including search results has the advantage of automatic updating. For instance the item on YouTube videos will automatically update whenever a new video is uploaded

I linked to my blog (repeatedly), the school website and the Association of National Plus Schools website.

Hopefully, this example of a Delicious portfolio will be useful to staff especially those who have a significant online presence.
